I have been going to INAILS for over 10 years and refuse to go to any other nail salon. The staff is highly skilled with great attention to detail. There are 100s of colors to choose from and the salon is clean.Services: Sculpted nails

Got a spa pedicure after 9 months. He was so gentle, friendly and kind (wish I could remember his name). He took his time to do everything perfectly, but at the same time, he wasn’t slow. Got a no chip manicure. Just like with the pedicure, he made sure to fix every little tiny “issue”. He applies polish to one finger/toe to make sure you like the color. Will definitely go back.

My daughter paid $40 for dipped nails that were supposed to last 3-5 weeks. After 2 days she got a crack in them. She went in by herself to get it fixed because $40 is a lot of money for nails, especially when you’re a 17-year-old who works hard for minimum wage, and the lady who did her nails couldn’t have been more rude. She was aggressive and rough with my daughter and didn’t even clean her sloppy re-work and told her “you can leave now” when she finished. This is an awful way to do business. Just because the parent isn’t present, it does NOT give you the right to treat someone poorly, especially when you’re in the wrong! Awful business and I will NEVER support this establishment with another penny again!Take your business elsewhere.

Small place with minimal choice of products…. They did not wash their hands between clients! I asked when I could wash my hands during the process as other salons do…. He kept going on…. Ignoring my wishes. He put a small amount of lotion on my one hand and skipped the other! He put it on over the powdered mess left on my fingers without allowing me to wash my hands. I also asked that the nail application not be thick. I always get two layers everywhere else…he insisted on 3. He said he would sand it down. He left it so thick at the cuticle and got it on the cuticle, so that when it grows out, it will partially lift and my hair strands will get stuck in there when I style my hair! He left humps at the nail cuticle base…so it will grow out with a hump. I asked him to file with a thinner Emory board when he did the side filing…. Used a wide board roughly instead. The place is gross and stressful. One girl started my session… then left because she was tired lol. Another guy stepped in without asking me what I wanted. Also, they provide minimal samples…. TWICE, THEY DID NOT MATCH EITHER COLOR OF THE SAMPLE!!!! Stuck with the mistake UNTIL IT GROWS OUT ENOUGH TO DO ELSEWHERE AGAIN!Service: Dip powder

This place is disgusting.....it's very dirty. They don't sanitize their tools. They're extremely unfriendly and they are the worst I've encountered, for performing mani/pedi's. Go elsewhere.....trust me. Nasty nasty nasty.

I've only been the one time. I've been looking for a new salon for quite sometime. I was able to get in on a Saturday.. Cindy did my full set pink/white. It looks amazing and I immediately made a second appt. I'm hoping that I've found a new home salon.

My tech was polite and did not say much which is fine. Her work was good, but they do not use a brand new file on each client like most other places I have gone too. That concerns me if any previous person had a nail fungus. My first job was at Mario Tricoci and the nails tech were given a peelable file or if you go to platinum, they give you the buffer, file and cuticle stick to take home. Basic manicure at platinum is $14 and no harsh chemical smell. I would go back if they started to use single items on each customer.

I went here for my first manicure ever and walked out conflicted on how I felt with my new dipped nails. I went straight home and tried my best to file them into looking normal...or decent. I had them for 2 weeks. After that, it tried a few more places to see if I felt different or got better service and this is what I learned: My first manicure was terrible. Horrible. Ugly. And done carelessly. The girl who did my nails never spoke, was preoccupied with her phone and gave no consideration to what I actually wanted. Hind sight being 20/20, I would have never walked out with those nails. I don't recommend this salon at all especially since there are so many others in the area who do better nails.

The best nail salon in the area!! The prices are cheaper and yet the quality is better than other nail places. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I was Hesitant about trying a new nail place but I was welcomed by Cindy and she was very kind and did an amazing job with my nails I am obsessed with him and I definitely will be back again to see her and get my nails done from here on out. She went out of her way to design something that would be simple and cute and compared it to what I showed her and it came out beautiful I was hesitant about the shape but in conclusion they came out so beautifully

Went in last week expecting a good service after reading all the reviews and was very disappointed. I wasn't impressed with dirty counter top and plexiglass that was not wiped. Right when I put my hands down I felt the powder and nails that were filed from previous people. My nail tech still had powdery hands which says out loud she hasn't washed her hands or even wiped it. Cuticles weren't even touched. I understand they were busy but I'm not impressed with rushed service when I have to pay full price...Especially when another nail tech had to fix my nails because the lady that did mine was in a hurry to start the next person's. I wish it was a different experience so I could come back since it's only walking distance to me but no.. with Covid going on, cleanliness is so important now more than ever.
