Don't understand why this location is so bad.
They don't take walk-ins even though they advertise it online and on the door of cvs.
Then nowhere did it specify that physicals were not covered by my insurance.
Disappointed.

Everywhere it says that they DO accept walk-ins. I spent my time, money on a taxi and they told me that they cannot take care of me. I had an emergency, such poor communication. Do not recommend.

This place is a joke. Went in Tuesday to attempt to get an appointment, only to be met with hostility by Dr. Beena.
Trying to get my results on the portal and keep getting disconnected/transferred/long wait times to attempt to get in.
I will never be coming back to this facility ever again.

We needed to get a TB test done. It was quiet when we got there. Neung Kwon, the NP, came out to help us through the registration process and got the test done right then. She was easy to work with, efficient, and helpful.

Went in a sore throat, not knowing what it could be because I was having issues swallowing asked 4 questions and said you need urgent care or an ER we can't help you. But you can charge me $121 to ask 4 questions and send me packing total crap and highway robbery

They call themselves a walk-in clinic. However I showed up at 1:40pm and the clinic was closed for lunch. Sign said back at 2:40pm. I went ahead and attempted to check in at the kiosk. The only option it gave me was for a 6:30pm appointment. I don't understand how they call themselves a walk-in clinic.

Was there 9 21 24. My eyes and throat were on fire. I went to the kiosk and found no appts available. No one in the waiting area. I wondered if I was too late and they closed so I knocked on the door. No response. I knocked again and the door opened. The lady with big black hair with an attitude asked what I wanted. I told her the kiosk says no appointment left but there's no one here. She said I'm booked all day. Again I said there was no one here and no one in the queue. She got snotty with me about and I a third time there's no one here and my eyes and throat were on fire I asked for suggestions or recommendations and she flat out and very rudely said no. She then grabbed the door handle and slammed the door on me. Is that providing good patient care? Is that compassion? I went the pharmacist for advice he suggested I go to minute clinic and I told my story. He literally jumped back in shock. He suggested I could have possible pink eye and go to urgent care. Which I did.

NP Beena Lopez is rude at best! Had an appointment first thing in the am for sports physical, someone came in 10 minutes after us that she took back first and 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time we were still waiting to be seen. We ended up leaving, I’m not waiting that long when I had an appointment time while she takes other people who come in after us in addition to her attitude and rudeness.
