Very rude and unhappy

Employees need additional training. Besides not processing a change of address with all of the information that their own email gave me to bring in. Zero information on how to get this done without having a person that is in a memory care living facility to go to their local post office. Drove 10 mins down the street to another post office, filled out a form, was completed and out of there in less than 5 mins. Really just need to close this location down.

The lady there that works in the morning is extremely rude and un professional. She ignored me the entire time I was there, and I asked for help trying to mail in my passport, which is extremely important. She helped the woman that came in after me. I was standing in the front and she just ignored me. Wouldn’t even look at me. The gentleman there is great, but that woman should be fired. I had to go to a different post office to get help and having her waste my time like that, made me late to my other appointments. To me, it seemed like a race thing because when another black woman walked in after me she helped her immediately and ignored me while I was standing at the desk. Not to mention Every time I’ve walked in here she is always just sitting on her phone. She makes you feel like you’re a burden that she has to do her job. I would also like to add weeks prior to this she was venting about a customer that was in front of me that was older and didn’t know how to use technology. I went out of my way and printed the slip she needed at my house and came back. I thought it was really just distasteful an employee would make fun of a customer to another customer like that.

The older gentleman at the desk was basically useless in helping me track down a lost package. Had to go a different location to get any sort of real help.

Why does my mail delivery person leave my packages at my garage door?I've repeatedly asked for packages to be delivered at my front door.For Pete's sake, just go around to the fron t door!I seriously dislike this post office! They never follow instructions and continuously put the wrong mail in my mailbox from all over the neighborhood. Ridiculous ??.

These jerks are holding my package hostage. They've had it an entire freaking week but they're just sitting on it with the tracking stuck on "acceptance pending" and of freaking course it's usps so I can't talk to anyone about it. Give me my mail you jerks.

They don’t do many things here like passports or international shipping.Sometimes the attendant is kind, other times they’re inpatient and rude.I was basically told to go to Randall today.It’s a small location good for shipping things nationally.

I love this post office and the folks who work here. I live in St Charles and go out of my way to come here; the St Charles post office is horrendous, they close during the afternoon when they want, they are rude and take forever even when dropping a simple package. Porsche and Brian are always friendly and helpful every time I come in to drop off items-which I do weekly.

I go here to get stamps. The line is pretty quick, and the people aren't rude like the employees of most post offices are.

I drop my packages there all the time and both Guys that work there are extremely nice and always work fast, you don’t always see that ! My favorite location .
