Called in customer service to add an additional line to my business & upgrade all of our phones.They couldn't process over the phone and recommended I goto a store.Went in spent near 2 hours there.Then they stalled / cancelled my orderSpent multiple hours on the phone / supposedly resolved, got an email this evening that there is another stallBlah blah blahBetween fees, upgrade costs, activation, cases over $1000.00 in and zero help. Can't wait to switch carriers and get refunded
