My son was prescribed an antibiotic on Monday, and on Wednesday, we noticed that we were already running low, despite the bottle saying “twice a day for ten days, then discard remainder.” The medicine was also particularly thick, but we didn’t think much of it at first because it was a new medicine for him. On Thursday, we noticed he was having diarrhea as well, despite taking a probiotic. We took the medicine back to the pharmacy, where they explained that their machine that automatically fills the medications has not been calibrating correctly lately. They apologized and remade it. Upon speaking with the pharmacist, we concluded that each dose he was taking was essentially a double dose of the medicine. We had to then follow up with our pediatrician and Poision Control to verify that diarrhea would be the worst of the side effects caused by this error. Although we are so thankful that he was not in more serious trouble, we were very disappointed with the non-chalant attitude of the pharmacy and that this mistake was made in the first place, despite them being aware that this machine was having issues. I am posting this review just to inform others of our experience and to encourage people to ask questions and speak up if/when you sense something could be off.

I will share the three reasons you should find a different pharmacy.
1) I had mastitis and this walgreens asked if I could drive 20 minutes away to get the script, I agreed. They then called me back saying I needed to drive 90 minutes away with a fever of 103 to get the medication because the other place was out and they couldnt help me.
2) Two weeks ago I went in the drive thru and paid with a gift card, the guy asked if I needed my GC back... it had $30 left on it. Yea I want my money back...I'm sure he scammed some old people that way who didn't know their cards were not empty.
3) I was told my prescription would be ready by 5pm. I went to the open lane, and was told I would be helped next, then after a few minutes the car that pulled in after me in the other lane was asked "were you next" so the lady looks at me and says yes.. then after waiting for this person, when I'm finally helped I'm told my prescription wouldn't be ready for another hour. It was a prepackaged tube.
Walgreens used to be a great company, and this store alone is the reason I will no longer be shopping or using their pharmacies.

They think they're the government controlling your prescription. Always have trouble with filling prescription. Last time I deal with this walgreens

Had a PCR test for Covid. Physically took the test on Dec 21 however did not receive the results until Dec 29. Called a couple of times to see what was going on and was told to wait more time? Website stated you should get results within 48 hours NOT!!

New Female Pharmacist is not very friendly, people are not receiving the correct medication. Always open the bag before you leave the pharmacy l. Verify that it's your name on the medication bottle

The young guy worker with glasses idk his name is rude and nosy. Will never be coming back to this location. He’s ruined my experience shopping many times. I hope to never deal with him again!

I'm done buying cards for them. My christmas cards came out horrible color was so faded. I decided to give them one more try and once again the color on the cards printed is horrible. Our faces look red. The card doesn't even line up correctly when they folded it. Such crap quality. Take your photo printing some where else.

This location has gone down hill in service. Shelves & coolers aren't stocked, while staff is standing around chatting. Pharmacy is hit or miss if your prescription is even in stock & they transfer to the most inconvenient location for substitutes, not even in the same town, when another Walgreens us available within 2 miles. Is anyone in charge here anymore???

Best Walgreens ever! The people who work here are amazingly excellent! Anyone on here complaining about them being understaffed, or about the photo department, is a l**** who should get a life. Their corporate is the cause of understaffing, so complain to them. As for photo, it's a NON essential service, and last I checked, we still have a pandemic going on, so your shitty photo orders don't matter, Karen. And to the people bitching about having to wait for an adult cashier to ring up their alcohol, there are 4 other stores that sell it, right across the street, so stop your whining, assholes!

Crystal and Marcos went above and beyond to get a photo book done for me right before closing. They both deserve a raise because I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service like theirs.
