Had a PCR test for Covid. Physically took the test on Dec 21 however did not receive the results until Dec 29. Called a couple of times to see what was going on and was told to wait more time? Website stated you should get results within 48 hours NOT!!

The young guy worker with glasses idk his name is rude and nosy. Will never be coming back to this location. He’s ruined my experience shopping many times. I hope to never deal with him again!

I'm done buying cards for them. My christmas cards came out horrible color was so faded. I decided to give them one more try and once again the color on the cards printed is horrible. Our faces look red. The card doesn't even line up correctly when they folded it. Such crap quality. Take your photo printing some where else.

This location has gone down hill in service. Shelves & coolers aren't stocked, while staff is standing around chatting. Pharmacy is hit or miss if your prescription is even in stock & they transfer to the most inconvenient location for substitutes, not even in the same town, when another Walgreens us available within 2 miles. Is anyone in charge here anymore???

Best Walgreens ever! The people who work here are amazingly excellent! Anyone on here complaining about them being understaffed, or about the photo department, is a l**** who should get a life. Their corporate is the cause of understaffing, so complain to them. As for photo, it's a NON essential service, and last I checked, we still have a pandemic going on, so your shitty photo orders don't matter, Karen. And to the people bitching about having to wait for an adult cashier to ring up their alcohol, there are 4 other stores that sell it, right across the street, so stop your whining, assholes!

Crystal and Marcos went above and beyond to get a photo book done for me right before closing. They both deserve a raise because I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service like theirs.

CVS sent over my daughters prescription from the minuet clinic due to my insurance policy. Mind you she’s screaming in pain so I need the medication asap. Arrived at Walgreens and asked pharmacy clerk in the drive in if my daughters script made it in. She asked a nuance question in attempt to purposely avoid helping.She asked me if the script was electronically sent over, and didn’t explain it could also be faxed.Ultimately she didn’t want to check for the fax and phrased the question the way she did so she would not have to be inconvenienced. I bet the fax is no where near the pharmacy drive though window.Ultimately going back to CVS it was faxed to Walgreens and not electronically sent.I unknowingly answered yes to electronically sent over as I didn’t understand there would be another way. The Walgreens employee gave me limited information, phrasing it in such a way to avoid checking. She did not say it could be faxed.She said it would take two hours to get the script and provided me with bad information that wasn’t true leaving my daughter in pain. Feels like you guys have a bad egg in the pharmacy.

I live local and enjoy my visits, yet even more if Trey is around. He's genuinely nice, caring for guests and does his job from a customer's standpoint. I had already been 2 other places for ice and now at the 3rd, I didn't see ice in the freezer. Trey said there may be some behind or in the back. There was and he followed through. He could of just been like nope sorry man, but he went over and above for a little thing. The little things matter most. Promote this man.

understaffed and the staff I do see hangs by the cereal boxes. Ordered pictures online and received confirmation to save time and pick up at the drive thru. went there and they lost the pics and then 20 min later they found them but couldn't give them to me because they needed a new ticket - paid online- just give me the ticket- waited another 10 min for a ticket I didn't need. next time I'll go to photo- where nobody works at until Christmas season. they sent me a customer satisfaction survey that I filled out and never heard back, just stay away from their drive thru window cuz like Tom petty said 'the waiting is the hardest part'

Have been going to this Walgreens for 20 yrs and have had multiple issue. Particularly with pharmacy, but today was the last straw. In my experience the pharmacy staff does the minimum to help the customer. This last visit we picked up prescription that had all labeling addressed to my child, but had someone else's medicine inside. That could have ended with my child in the hospital or worse. Please check your prescriptions when dealing with this place or do like we are and avoid this location period.

Every time I call the pharmacy it is a long wait to talk to someone and there are times they just hang up on you before getting to speak to someone. They also messed up a prescription and I almost gave my child the wrong dosage, thank goodness we checked.

Called to renew a prescription. Had to talk to the second-most-annoying voice response system I've ever encountered. Got a call back two days later saying they were out of stock on the medication but would have more in a couple days. Four days later, nothing. Called back and spent nine minutes in voice-mail hell, supposedly waiting to be connected to a human being, before the system hung up on me. What wonderful service!
