cashier tried to swipe my ID from me and claimed she gave it back to me while she had it underneath something on the counter. the vibe in here is always VILE. they hate their lives and aren't afraid to show you.

I had two bad experiences with the same worker. I now understand the poor reviews. I could not get his name but he has a bridge piercing.
I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed to ship something out through their FedEx Dropoff. I got the label and the package but I wasn’t able to tape it up. This isn’t a common occurrence but whenever this does happen at other shipping locations, they usually take care of it for me. I’d understand if this location said something like, “Unfortunately it needs to be taped up before you give it to us, sorry about that.” But this worker was like, “You didn’t tape it up? Well then I can’t ship it for you. We don’t have tape here so there’s nothing I can do for you” in a rude and unapologetic way.
Another day, I had this same worker at checkout. He was being extremely impatient with an elderly person about pressing certain buttons on the credit card machine. I understand that there could be a delayed response which could cause a slowdown in the line but what made me want to rip my hair out is when he kept repeatedly commanding to press “no thanks” WHEN IT DIDN’T EVEN APPEAR ON THE SCREEN YET. I seriously don’t know what his problem is but he needs to work on his attitude and patience.
Almost everyone else that works here is good though which is why I’m not leaving 1-star.

Wife went in to get formula but shift leader didnt want to help nor work to look through their shipment. She told her “I don’t have time to look through these boxes.” Was my daughter suppose to starve then? Go to Jewel Osco across the street instead.

I felt the need to share this.
First of all big shout out to Haley in the pharmacy department.
She was SO POLITE! Works her absolute tail off.
Had me super pleased with the fact she called me after I left to let me know an update about my other script!!!
Please be patient when dealing with pharmacist and pharmacy technicians you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. They have a hard job.
Thanks again! My night was made!

I take 8-9 meds daily (sometimes they are taken 3-4x each day). So I’m Norm from Cheers by everyone in whole store.Used to be 5* stars, but now is between 3.5-4 bc new techs & pharmacists aren’t as cognizant if a new medication (even if just a 3-5 day antibiotic) can/can’t be taken with my regular meds.Only once was this caught by a new pharmacist, yet she still didn’t reach out to me to discuss nor even TELL me the reason for them not filling. I found out after my 3rd call to them (I was in the hospital for sepsis so this dosage is extremely high; pharmacist should have had an idea of reason for such a high dosage…and how badly a person needs it).Only once did I get an answer ASAP when I called to see what’s the holdup. I was told the antibiotic I needed wasn’t good for tendinitis. I already have a large amount of health issues, but I don’t take any meds nor have I said “tendon”.Even asked her which med I take is for tendons. She said none, but was adamant I’ve *said* I have this problem. If true, I’d be screaming all the time that I’m a millionaire.Easily, a phone call to me would have cleared it all up. Instead, I was out of antibiotics for 3 full days after being released from a 5-day stay in hospital. Luckily, once I began taking them, it worked wonders after my 3rd pill (had to take 1 pill twice a day).If I go there myself & see diff sized pill bottles, I won’t pay for it & have them show me the actual scrip from doc office. I even call doc office to verify if/why meds were changed without telling me (ex: doc said should be oral dispenser so pharmacy gave me a jug of liquid medicine…when all he wanted for me was to have gel pills so they’d go down easily…mistakes on both ends). But pharmacy could call doc when there’s a change…esp a big one like this.They’re truly all nice & helpful, esp the “regulars”, but I expect a bit more communication from them…the newer ones. My old buddies are great…2 of the “old” pharmacists actually call me to make sure about a med that waschanged AND a week later to see how I’m doing if pill, tablet, gel, etc was changed.I know that’s not their job nor do I expect it. But going the extra mile makes us feel so good

Its 2nd time i had worst experience at this location, i placed an online order and they substituted with lesser count for same price upon asking they said anyways its buy 1 get 1 free . They dont have respect for customers for sure in etire store. I don’t recommend visiting this location unless super urgent otherwise no point of wasting time and money.

The cashier male with glasses is terrible i hear him be rude to other customers and me every time i walk in this store. The other day they were closing soon and he told me to hurry up with my payment as im checking out so he can close and go home then he goes on the walkie and tells his coworker “lock the door i dont need anyone else walking in”…. This store sucks go to cvs across the street
