Wife went in to get formula but shift leader didnt want to help nor work to look through their shipment. She told her “I don’t have time to look through these boxes.” Was my daughter suppose to starve then? Go to Jewel Osco across the street instead.

Since when are prescriptions delivered with DoorDash? I always have my prescriptions delivered from this pharmacy with no issues. Suddenly I get a text telling me my dasher was on the way with my prescription. The dasher then calls me but I can't understand what they are saying and he hangs up and never brings my prescription. I don't understand what is going on here but it seems like a mess. I now have to make a trip to the pharmacy to get this prescription.

I felt the need to share this.First of all big shout out to Haley in the pharmacy department.She was SO POLITE! Works her absolute tail off.Had me super pleased with the fact she called me after I left to let me know an update about my other script!!!Please be patient when dealing with pharmacist and pharmacy technicians you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. They have a hard job.Thanks again! My night was made!

I don’t like leaving one stars but wow. Typically my experience at Walgreens is horrid, I should have known better. I order business cards on their website. I got an email last night saying the cards were done. On my arrival I was told the cards needed to be cut, should take about 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I finally checked out. I went out to the car to find the image on the business cards blurry & extremely off center. The fact that they made me wait 45 minutes to cut business cards that were clearly screwed up and charged me for them… what an absolute waste.

Its 2nd time i had worst experience at this location, i placed an online order and they substituted with lesser count for same price upon asking they said anyways its buy 1 get 1 free . They dont have respect for customers for sure in etire store. I don’t recommend visiting this location unless super urgent otherwise no point of wasting time and money.

The cashier male with glasses is terrible i hear him be rude to other customers and me every time i walk in this store. The other day they were closing soon and he told me to hurry up with my payment as im checking out so he can close and go home then he goes on the walkie and tells his coworker “lock the door i dont need anyone else walking in”…. This store sucks go to cvs across the street

I’ll admit, this Walgreens has excellent inventory. But, let me get one thing clear, the customer service at this location is honestly ridiculous at best. Rude associates, refunding purchases to RANDOM CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (yeah, that ACTUALLY happened??), and to top it off, I get incredibly dirty stares and looks here. Very unwelcoming. Will not be coming back to this one??
