“Rented a Truck for Sunday for moving my stuff from one storage space to a local one down the street. When we got to the Extra Storage, to unload, the elevators (both of them) were not working. I had to keep the uhual truck an extra day, just holding my stuff till Extra Storage fixed the elevator. ES messed up my moving experience. I was not going to have the movers I hired and I only had a short window of time to move the items, before returning the truck. -When I returned the uhual on Tuesday morning, RYAN REALLY HELPED ME OUT, he wrapped everything up for us, on our return. RYAN THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, very pleasant guy. I'll make sure I recommend this U-Haul location to other people.”
“This is my first time using U-Haul storage services in my experience was beyond what I could have imagine despite others peoples previous reviews. At this particular location in Markham, the general manager (Tamica) along with the cashier (Nunn) made me feel like family rather than a just a customer. The atmosphere was friendly. The store was very clean, and although they did not have the unit that I wanted available at the moment, they were still able to accommodate me temporarily until the wound that I desired will be available free of charge.”

Their storage site is great too, I was nervous at first about the cold winter and not being in a "warehouse", but the portable storage container kept everything perfectly safe from the wet and cold.”

“Everything was in order about Cost ?, Mileage, Insurance. As normal! The only PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS THE TERMS OF CONTRACT RENTING THE VEHICLE!! I RENTED ON SATURDAY MORNING!! WITH THE “( UNDERSTANDING )”!! I CAN KEEP IT OVER WEEKEND UNTIL MONDAY NOT TURN IN ON SUNDAY AT 11:00am! Other than this I will definitely ? use them ALL THE TIME!!
