I was charged 4 times for the same transaction- 1 tank of gas that should have cost around $50, cost me $200. Of course there wasn’t a receipt at the pump and for certain reasons I couldn’t go in. Now I will have to go through a long process to get this cleared up. I have NEVER had this problem with BP. I even tried to call but, as I should have expected, the phone number does not work. Now, I feel scammed. I am so disappointed in BP.

Discriminative towards customers. To lock the door when someone is approaching says a lot about how they stereo type people. The term what comes around goes around or we reap what we sew ring a bell? When you treat people this way don’t expect your business to flourish.

Terrible, tried 2 different gas pumps as. The “no” button did not work. so you couldn’t click “no” when it asked u if card was debit. What a joke of a gas station

I come to this BP at least 3 to 4 times per week. Winter and summer there is never any receipts available for quick transactions. What's the point in paying at the pump if you always have to come in. I need receipts for business purposes. Make it convenient for your customers.?

I am very disappointed. I play the lottery at this BP gas station quite often. Sometimes the people that work there are nice , most times they are NOT! Tonight the lottery agent cheated me out of $7.00 It may not be a lot but I don't like anyone to take anything from me. During these times money is hard to come by. . The one time I didn't ask for a receipt he decided to cheat me out of my correct change. I tired of the assumptions most foreigners have about African Americans. They don't think we deserve anything not even respect. In case the boy thinks he got away with something or that I can't count, he didn't and I can count. I'll be paying more attention and check my change thoroughly before leaving.

Bad experience redeeming lottery tickets. Gave the guy behind the counter right scratch off tickets. He said I gave him seven. I went home, checked my car. No tickets. I wrote down all tickets I had brought with me. It wasn't much money, but it's the principle. I patronize this gas station every week and spend more money than that ticket was worth. I hope it was worth them losing a customer.

Went to this location and went inside my total was 22.93 so I proceed to pay with my debit card that has a chip. The first transaction the man said it didn't go through but I thought I seem across the screen remove card. So I do it a second time he gives me a receipt. Look at my account the next day I see two transactions.

Gas price sign is misleading, offers to let you pay outside but one sticker in a hundred says pay first, window cleaning stuff is depleted, and the machine couldn't even print a receipt.
