“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. All the gaps are perfect and the paint couldn't have matched any better!!!”

Called yesterday afternoon 8/5/25 and they were finished by 11am 8/6/25. I will definitely be recommending this amazing shop to everyone! I got an OEM windshield for my 2020 f350 for under $600 OTD. Safelite wanted almost $1,200 ?♀️ Not only did I save money even with a very last minute service, I received the best customer service. You honestly won’t find a better, more honest, quality and fair priced shop like this one anywhere. Did I mention the amazing customer service and atmosphere?? Thank you for an amazing experience! “Took my son for a back window. Spoke with them a few times over the phone and the customer service was great. They ordered the window for the Nissan Altima before we arrived and there was no wait when we got there. Everything was superb and the car looks so much better with the new window! “Had a tire replaced and new Tire Pressure Senors installed. However the tire sensor warning would not reset. Mike, the store manager tried many times and even called for technical support. Their effort and service was extraordinary. The fault indication is due to an internal ford part and not the sensors they installed. However. Mike (store manager) reimbursed me for the sensors installed because they would not reset. He felt that no matter what the underlying problem was. They installed four sensors that did not work. I said they did not have to do that because it was not due to Belle Tire repairs but a problem with my ford and not the sensors and it requires the ford dealer to replace some internal parts. Belle tire and Mike went far and above my expectations. If I could give them more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. They have a customer forever now.”
