“I went in the store with a broken phone and I asked him if he could fix it and he said yes but he also gave me advice, if he had fixed my phone it wouldn’t last long because the phone was literally bent and shattered front and back so he gave me a deal on a new phone! Mike is the best!! I stood in there for 2 hours while he was on the phone with Verizon trying to port my phone number over to my new phone. Thankkk youuuu Mikeeeeee !!!”

Asalan was a friendly helpful voice over the phone, encouraging me to come in over ordering online as I was concerned with it making it in time although local. There is no other store like this on the NW side of the city. Well worth the drive, the prices are fair and the customer service is unmatched. “read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

Management handled the disgruntled customer appropriately, but not the employee. The employee continued to use profanity and loudly state that she would not apologize to the customer.”

She took every idea I had and put it all together and created the most elegant look for my daughters party, She went above and beyond ! We also ordered the tuxedos from her shop . Iman made sure she matched the tuxedos exactly to the Damas dresses we had ordered from a different shop .”
