Had a package shipped for overnight, never came to my door a date was changed, went to this facility and the receptionist was rude. I’m not your family member. Don’t talk to me any kind of way.

Came here to pick up some spooders I ordered as they had to be temp controlled due to being live animals. The woman at the front desk was super nice and attentive. All around a great experience! 😊

I was having the new iPhone delivered and the driver delivered it, took the pics but never rang the doorbell to get a signature. He also stole the phone. I will be filing a police report. You can’t use the phone anyway because it reported stolen and now it’s black listed.
