Went in with my mom twice now to get my grandma off the account and me on it. First time they said they didn’t have time for us. Second time they claim there printer is down. What kind of bank that relies on a printer that much has 1 print? Should be Ancient Second bank.
This bank also changed routing numbers causing my mom not to get her money for months and causing her tons of paper work. She should have left then!
