I can’t say enough good things about IAG and Bob I originally took my car to the dealership where they insisted I need a full headlight assembly replacement. I had a feeling it was something else and share my thoughts with Bob, he listened and used my input as a starting point for his diagnostics and found the real issue saving me a massive unnecessary expense And to top it off he performed an oil change to ensure everything was in top shape. From my previous visit. He educated me about the oil brand that is used for foreign vehicles, but when I mentioned I already had it done at the dealership, Bob removed the charge, even though he did the service. It is very rare to find a mechanic & company with this much honesty and professional integrity. I’m thankful to be a customer here Import Auto Group..

I have used this business several times in the past, you will not find better customer service anywhere else. They fixed a few things on my car, I called back to share that I was hearing a noise. Bob had a tow truck picking it up within 20 minutes of hanging up and returned back to me within 2 hours. He has earned my business forever. I trust him and he’s a great guy.

If you are looking for a transparent auto repair, Bob is the guy. He won't charge you a dime if he did nothing to your car. I have him take car of my mercedes than going to the dealership. He is the best.

I went to Import Auto Group today to solicitate some help in getting my 2004 Toyota Mr2 Spyder repaired. Bob and Angela were great, they listened and provided valuable resources to me. They do not service Toyota's but have put me in touch with those who do! Go see them if you have a foreign car that needs repair ! They are awesome !!!

Bob and Rob are carrying NWI on their back here. Import Auto is hands down the best place to take your Euro vehicle, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, ETC. They have done work on 3 of my different BMWs, from Basics to diving Deep into the car. If you have a problem, they will fix it, for cheaper, faster, and with better service then anyone around. Can not give this crew enough credit for their outstanding performance and services, in and out of the shop!

I recently took my Range Rover in for a smoky engine issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, transparent with pricing, and the repairs were completed on time. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood what was needed. The pricing was very fair, and there were no surprises. Going forward, this shop is my go-to for all repairs. Highly recommend them for their quality work and excellent customer service! Thanks Bob.

I was suppose to have been made this post and give bob his credit. Seriously he is the best to do it . Ive had a few foreign vehicles (bmw)and he has serviced every last one. He is one of those guys that loves what he does and the results show it. You can’t go wrong with import auto!!!!!

I’m shocked to see all the positive reviews. I have a mini cooper that I need to bring in. I called 3 times and talked to Bob. Twice he said he would look into it and give me a call me back and never did. I called again right before the holidays to schedule to bring it in. He said they needed to get their holiday schedule together and he would call and let me know what day and time to drop it off. Again…nothing. Once with no return phone call I can understand, but 3 times…apparently it isn’t worth his time. Honestly, if you didn’t want to work on it or you thought it wasn’t worth your time just tell me. It isn’t professional to handle this the way he did. It was VERY unprofessional and I am very disappointed.Tami McKayValparaiso, Indiana

Bob is by far the most transparent mechanic I’ve worked with. His knowledge of my older Benz was superior to the kids at the Local Mercedes service center. Upfront pricing and straight forward timeline on finishing the work needed. Pricing so much better than Benz service center and most importantly is that I feel he actually cares about doing right by the customer.
