Thanks state farm. My experience was great. Jasmine the representative was very patient, polite and explained everything very well and I saved a couple of hundreds of dollars by getting insured through Sate Farm.

State Farm is by far the most easy/friendly agency to help me. I had accidently dropped the auto insurance for a few weeks. Called several insurance company but no luck. Jasmine Villavazo from South Holland office helped to resolve the issue right way and emailed me the insurance card (temporary) in the same day. After that, I requested the home insurance for my condo and the house. State Farm agency always offer me the reasonable quote compared with other company. Truly impressed by their service and Jasmine is the best.
