Dietra was AWESOME! She was knowledgeable about my tax concerns, patient and professional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning next year. Liberty Tax as a company is in the stone age when it comes accessing your tax return information online. The call center was not helpful either.

I'm not sure if they know what they're doing . Nobody never pick up the phone . It's very hard to communicate with them or to even try to through the phone. I asked questions and don't seem to get a response with the staff regarding help with my funds . I don't recommend coming here . Waste of time .
