Ossama's has never let me down. I used to go downtown when they were there, but that's been over 12 years ago. This is my first time at another location, and instantly, I remembered his face. They got me right together, expeditiously. He slayed my hair, and I'm so glad that we've reunited. Although the trim was an extra $25 (it was $25 downtown also), I still will be going back.

The wife is extremely rude! Over priced! I would be okay with the price if the service was good! But being rude to your customers when they are paying over $200 is crazy! The lady that washed my hair is the only nice experience I had in that place! I believe her name was Ruth

Be careful with this place. I used to love going here until Ossama burned out a patch of my hair with the marcel irons, and he didn't let me know about it. I had to find out on my own at a later date. He should test the temperature of the irons on a paper towel and not on the client's hair. The situation wasn't handled with integrity, and I was charged full price for such a mistake as this.

I visited this salon for the first time today with my daughter and we are both very happy with our service! They understood exactly what I wanted done to me and my daughter’s hair, communicated what could be done, and delivered!! I’m going from a solid red that I’ve had for some time over to blonde so if you know hair you know it’s a process!!! Thank you Ossama!!
