Terrible customer service! Their radiators come defective and they will not warranty it!!! They will make you pay for another one and tell you they have to inspect the defective one, but at the end they will say that it was not warranty case it was damaged by you. The manager didn’t want to listen, or check our photos of damaged part, she said something is wrong with the car!
And pretty important, we have a wholesale account with them! Can you imagine how they would treat just a regular customer…
Think twice before you buy from them!!!

I went to performance radiator in south holland today I was greeted by staff and very nice and polite sales people they had my part in stock and they carried it to the door for me because the hall way was really long to walk down I’ll definitely be back to purchase more stuff I highly recommend this place

The secretary lady you talk to when you walk in should really consider dying her hair all one color her has her personality is this stale has chips that been left in the Sun for a year. Just wanted to see if they had a radiator in stock. She was absolutely no help and just said I don't know.
