If you looking for the basics it’s not all that bad but I just would never do a pedi there anymore my toes look like a toddler painted them forreal and they couldn’t figure out how to match the color I wanted. My nails are tea, he did a good job matching the color I wanted and he was gentle with my nails, however he overcharged me on the slick side. I asked for the price before I got there they told me 40 and he charged 50, I guess that was gratuity lol. It was cool for what it was but I’ve had better, I definitely wouldn’t travel across the city to come here though .

I only came back because yall are located near my residence but again the worst service ever. My French tip looks ridiculous. The artist did not remove an obvious set of overlay on my nails or at least make it known that it was time for a whole new set instead of a filling being that my nails weren’t in terrible condition..but now one of my French tip how I string of hair through it and the French tip isn’t a French tip.service was terrible. Two other customers came in during my service with a complaint and I still stay definitely my mistake!! 0/10.

To piggy back on my earlier review … This place has seen much better days. The new owners are horrible and prices are very how now. “ALL” of the good techs are gone … Sophia, Sammie, Tammie, Ms. Kim. The best tech they have now is Cindy, doing brows and lashes and she’s only there on Saturday. If Cindy leaves, I will have no reason to go there. You guys lack management skills and you need better techs with better customer service skills. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Overpriced, my nails was 80 dollars, very mediocre horrible attitudes my nails tech went back to his home land that's how I ended up here .Please, my people, save your money and go somewhere else these nails aren't 2025 nails they are more like 2000 nails . I'm pissed but it's Mother's day weekend. Never ever again!

I've been going to this shopfor a very long time it is not very well kept. They do really good work, and they're have a consistent flow of customers, their they need to put back into the facility to keep the customer serviced at best.

Pls make sure when you go to this nail shop that they disinfect the gadgets they use on your nails. I was a faithful & loyal client who was there every 2 weeks; for over a year, this was the only place I got my nails done at. I contracted a fungus on all my nails. All 10 of my nails were black and green. It was disgusting. The dermatologist told me FOR SURE I got the fungus from the nail shop due to infected or dirty gadgets used on my nails. It took a lot of money, doctor visits, medication, etc. to get my nails cleared up. Pls pls make sure they thoroughly clean their nail gadgets if you choose to go to this nail shop. You don’t want to go through what I had to go through.

I don't understand why they can't do simple mani and pedi. Everyone doesn't like all that fake and extra stuff. My person didn't know how to use the cutters for my cuticles so he figured he can just skip it. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job because I don't get paid to do that. My pedicure was good but same issue with cuticles.

Dis not even make it pass their doors !!!!!! TINA IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT A SPECIFIC TECH SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND THEN I CALLED AGAIN AND WHEN I ASKED THE SAME QUESTION SHE WENT AHEAD AND SCREAMED FOR THE TECH TO TAKE CARE OF ME ON THE PHONE SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER PUT MONEY IN THAT BUSINESS GREAT WAY TO SCARE OFF NEW CUSTOMERS

Stylist: Kevin is by far the best nail tech they have. His personality is awesome and his work is impeccable. Cindy's brows and lashes are the best. Ranika is also an amazing tech. These people will not disappoint.

DO NOT go to Tom by the front desk for your nail nor the old lady with glasses who do pedicures… the work fast and sloppy… neither one want to listen to what your telling them… this overlay is all over my cuticles and all over the place…..and the old lady was working my feet like she works at a sweat shop… fast and and a rush on me and those that came after me, i should have listened when the lady before me was complaining about her. NOW the young lady with the glasses over on the brow side THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. She took her time and perfected my brows especially where I barely had any
