He is extremely knowledgeable, has the machinery, always available, personable, goes above and beyond, in a convenient location, and affordable.When he repaired my ring, to my surprise and delight, he also saw loose stones that he secured. Fast and professional watch service. I don't have fancy watches but I still don't trust the people in the mall with my battery changes. Roger is a professional jeweler. He will swap your batteries while you wait. No need to drop off a watch and return. I am sure he also has a wide array of jewelery and watches for sale. I highly recommend him.
