All I can say is I miss the heck out of John. When he was the manager it was someone there to always answer the phone, fix your problems and give you great customer service.

I walked in this morning at about 9:20 8 a.m. the place was drab the employees were rude no one spoke or said good morning. I stood there and stood there for about 5 minutes then I had to ask dose anyone greet you here? and the receptionist he looked up in and scrawled I saw you ma'am but I'm busy doing something else. I just looked and said I just wanted to be acknowledged. so he was like may I help you? I told him what I needed. Then one of the other employees came out and she just start asking me questions right there in the hall.. I said ma'am I don't want everybody here knowing my business can we go and be seated and she's like oh oh oh yes. Come on one rude place they all need retraining..

This is a poor example of a credit union. They talk to their customers like trash.. the tellers are very unprofessional and poorly trained......

The SWCU has serviced myself and my deceased husband for many years. The service is great on all accounts. I would much rather use SWCU than any other bank or SL because they give me peace of mind and security, knowing your accounts are safe. Great service.

I used to really like the non-hassle of everything this CU offers but customer service really, REALLY needs to be addressed. Whenever I call, the person answering seems to always have a bad attitude and any questions asked are always responded with a "how dare you" response. At one point, it seemed as if she was going to yell at me because I asked if there was a way to do things over the phone (given the current pandemic). She responded as if in disbelief that I can't come in or for even suggesting it. That's not a very accommodating attitude at all given the circumstances. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. It seems, unfortunately, that people who work here seem to be miserable as their customer service reflects exactly that attitude. Other than that, I greatly appreciate online services because I avoid dealing with those who work there.

It's a hassle everytime you want to make a large purchase. They look at you like a criminal. It's my money. What do they care if I am buying a house or car or boat or RV.

This is one of the most awful place on earth! They never answer the phone to answer questions. This dry script dead voice is the voicemail. I hate to see what they look like in person. #answerthefrikenphone#
