Picking up loads from here can vary from 30mins to hours. Loads going to Canada are mostly pre cleared. Staff is ok to deal with. Have overnight parking and restrooms. Truckers are not allowed to pull trailers from docks.

My freight was lost and it passed through this terminal accidentally. The only reason they get 3 stars is because of Joann. She tracked every system they have. Most importantly, she was the first person during the whole process to say "I'm sorry."
