Hello, I am a driver. Every time I come to this company to load, I feel so bad here because the people who serve you in the office are not professionals and they mistreat people badly. I just let them know so that when they come here they are relaxed and calm.

I have used almost every freight company there is. And Tforce is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.

•driver hit the wall twice in two separate deliveries.

This 5 star review isn't for Tforce in general. It's for a specific employee. Kathy F. was a lifesaver! I don't know what would have happened without her. From start to finish she had wonderful follow through and knowledge of the situation. Usually nobody wants to help and keeps transferring me. So thank you Kathy. You're a rockstar and an asset to that team.

I do not recommend this company. I arrived and the brunette lady with the hairy stubble treated me very badly and had no manners. I had been waiting since 10:00 am and when I went to the office at 3:00 pm because they had not called me, the office was closed. They left without notifying me. In the end, I lost the day. I have never had anything so unpleasant happen in another company as what happened here.
