They closed early yesterday and my package is still in their store. I work at an ups store in Carmel IN. The lady I spoke with was rude and very dismissive. At our store we would go look for the package if it states that it's still in our store just a lot of excuses and unprofessional at this location just by the phone conversation.

This South Holland location has really progressed over the years. The two ladies Jayla and Tiffany make every experience smooth and enjoyable. Keep up the good work ladies. Oh yeah, the guys do okay too!

Under New Management! Donnie came through in the clutch. I had to move unexpectedly and needed to move my mailing experience to make sure that my important documents were in safe hands! I haven’t had any issues and don’t see any in the future due to exceptional customer service.

Very unprofessional! I’ve witnessed the young lady with the braids constantly exhibit rude behavior towards customers. Today I experienced some of that behavior. Unaware that I did not need to the boxes my Amazon returns came in I arrived with my returns boxed. The rude customer service rep with braids made a sarcastic remark and I was told by the young man assisting me that I needed to take the boxes back home with me. After returning home with empty boxes my thoughts were that was terrible and demeaning customer service.

Short wait, but poor customer service... I asked the employee to double check a label because I thought I saw him put it on the wrong box (I had two). He was rude and treated me like I was stupid, literally shook his head in disgust and refused to check.

The staff seemed nice, but the store definitely does some price gouging. $5 to print 1 sheet of paper.

He conducted himself in a highly professional manner and displayed great proficiency in the pertinent information, enabling him to promptly address the grievances I had. They are always very helpful, nice, and they take care of my packages. I'm not sure why other's are claiming to have had such bad customer service, when I've been going here for almost 2 years with no issues.

I wish there was no star rating for these store. I was asking employee what do I need to take my Amazon stuff back. I have money then he going to say calm down you have an attitude because I told him I already tried to contact Amazon about the label but if he knew I needed to print out. Just say that. Then when I asked for another employee for help because I didn’t like how he was coming at me. he said naw I am store manager. Find I asked to speak to district manager for these store. I am district manager. Find when I do find district manager for these store. If nothing done, I’ll makes sure I go above there head. There no reason to treat plp like he did. If the customer wants to go to another employee let them. They out ya hair. I know a big difference between store manager & wanna be manager cuz I am store manager. You going to Rember who I am I meet that. Cuz yu have attitude the rest of yur cuz will. It’s said how bad reviews yall got. I bet it’s the same guy.

This has got to be the worst UPS STORE EVER, 1. They never answer the phone 2. Everyone there has an attitude 3. Whenever my package says it's delivered to that store, and you go there they say it's never there 4. Go to Harvey location and they tell you it's at south holland You return to south holland and they find it thrown in the back on floor where they just throw the boxes like it's garbage 5. The notary is garbage, every time I have some notarized it comes back ILLEGIBLE 6. They should just close and save the neighborhood the headache
