I went to the Post Office today to ask if they could print a return label from my phone according to instructions given to me from Allstate.
The young lady working at 1:30 p.m. was very nasty with her response we don’t do that here. I felt like I was being reprimanded as a little girl, I am 70 years old. I want to say Thank you to the girl for her paid service which was horrible as far as customer service goes.
Employees get better, If you don’t like your job leave for another job.

I very important document was delivered to my mailbox damaged because the mail carriers alway leaves my mailbox open when it's pouring rain, causing my mail to be damaged to the point the it'sunreadable. I have been complaining about this same situation for approximately 20 years and nothing has changed. Incompetence is real sad!

I cant even get privacy to do my mailing to lawyers n other important stuff that older white lady is rude and noisy she takes forever n dont know nothing everytime i go i instantly get mad cause shes there its always a prob with her she is unprofessional rude and dnt follow the privacy law. I always hope that black guy is there always pleasant and make the process go faster post office please get rid of her older white lady blond clerk 11 VERY RUDE

This post office is deplorable. Im a 20 year resident of this suburb. This is the worst that it has been since I've been living here. I'm retired and get a monthly report of my retirement check. I didn't receive it last month. I've complained before but seems like nothing has changed. I'm going to write a letter to the United States Post Master. Im totally fed up.

This is Ridiculous I have not received my Important Mail they lied and said they delivered it but I never got it I’m so pissed at this wrack place and they don’t care I’m going to the postmaster on this

They do not answer the phone or care if you have problems ( which they caused)with your mail. Mail carriers don’t even read what they are delivering to make sure it goes where it should go .

I’ve been shipping so many packages from back to college shopping, since I was not able to send them directly to my college, and the staff here has been so helpful and accommodating! Prices are also very reasonable.

Have lived in South Holland for 19 years. The quality of mail delivery has declined drastically. I received my mail at 7:33 pm last night. This is totally unacceptable. And also my neighbors mail is constantly being delivered to my address. The mail carrier is always on their cellphone. Something needs to be done about this deplorable service.

As I read the reviews from other people, my conclusion is that USPS never read or take any action to have a better costumer service at this location. (South Holland, IL)That white lady on the front desk is just Terrible. Its embarrasing to have to hear all the stupid coments she makes to costumers. What a miserable way to treat people.

My daughters license hasn't showed up yet. There are days when there's absolutely no mail??? Which is strange. Also, in the actual post office its this rude representative who is slow as can be she is a mid aged white lady. Very slow and rude and looks like she doesn't know what she's doing.
