Never heard a word from ATL but Ben and the other employees at PPO called me and kept me in a constant loop about what happened and where my letter was. “I ship a lot of packages, and I've always received good service. All of the woman that have worked there the past 5 years were very friendly, and helpful. There has been about 3 or 4 different ladies, they were all great. There was one guy that worked there for a little while(I dont think he's there anymore) that could come off kinda rude, but it wasn't that bad. Not everyone has the best people skills, so I won't hold it against them. The mail lady Laurie is so good to my family. She works so hard delivering everyones packages, and always has a smile on her face. We never receive damage items. We love her. 5 stars from me.”

I happen to love this USPS. Fast and easy, in and out.( Unlike many of the others in area.)
The Worker is very friendly and a struggling Human like most of us. Always kind. I feel she does her job well seems very knowledgeable.

“The employees at our little post office are the most efficient, nicest people. They are so helpful and it's just the best post office. The only thing I'd like is to have one of the kiosks where you can mail packages after hours. They're closed from 1-2 every day, which is when I go in. Or, after 4, it would be really convenient. Overall, it's a wonderful post office.”

“Always a clean store and the staff is wonderful!Anyone having issues with hours and picking up a package, should authorize someone to pick it up for you!Staff does NOT set the hours of operation. The State does!!! If the State would allow them more staff and more money to pay them, you might not Have to pick up your mail at the office. jsGive her a break ffs.”
