“Tom in the Parts Department ordered a battery for our Toyota Camry. I received our new Staab battery the next morning. The battery had the best cranking amps and is great quality - the price was excellent. Tom treated me right!I've purchased car batteries from Mike's for many years. More people would choose Mike's for car battery replacement but they believe Mike's only is in business to rebuild tow boat engines and repair diesel engines. The staff at Mike's are very friendly, very helpful and very honest. I will only buy batteries from Mike's. They are really fine people!”
“Dobbs in Edwardsville was AWSOME! The store Manager was AMAZING.. We are from Columbia, Il & was in Edwardsville shopping. We noticed we were getting a flat tire. There was a 2 hr wait. I requested they just put air in the tire to get us home. The Store MGR said he would not like to see us travel like that, so he squeezed us in.
A short time later, our tire was fixed and we were on our way back home.

I was able to get the tire aired up, so I drove it to the garage where the owner rearranged things to fit me in. “I had damage to my hood in my 2019 Ford Explorer. I had used Freer before and they had impressed me then. I am 100% satisfied with their service and workmanship. Freer does it right starting at the beginning with scheduling the work and then timely status and reminders during the work. Car was completed on time and was washed and cleaned better than I do it. Work done was perfect. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This should be a model for all businesses.”
“Called first thing in the morning and needed four tires changed out on my GMC Sierra 1500. I was greeted kindly and told to just bring it in up and they would get me in as soon as they could. I arrived at 8:35am and was walking out at 9:05am. Job done! Before installing my tires, they showed me a couple bead blemishes and assured me there should be no issues. I’m impressed that they took time and effort to bring this to my attention since I hadn’t purchased the tires through them.

“I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business!”
