“The staff were very nice, the actual work that was done looked great.Just didn't like being misled as to the extent of repairs, only to be treated like I was being dishonest..I have never been in any prior accidents in this vehicle,and had no knowledge of the tail gate ever being off of my truck.. Evidently I was lied to by Clement Dodge Ram in Columbia, Illinois when I purchased the truck.I will say thanks for the touch up paint, because wether you believe it or not ,the ding on the front of the passenger side rear door,was part of the damage that was part of the claim.. Also would have noticed it if they had buffed out the door.I touched it up myself instead of debating it.Next time I will y Shure to have everything in writing before committing to repairs.. Just seemed more worried about maxing out the charges to insurance company, but doing minnimul work, for it... Like I said before though,the actual work done looked great, just didn't like renegotiating what was actually going to get done, until I had already committed to car rental ,and dropped my truck off... That's when everything changed...No longer willing to do other repairs that was verbally agreed to... Wasn't going to give a review, because I am not one for negative remarks, but five days in a row with these damn survey requests...... Enough Already....”

Stopped in a chance and they hooked me up. 45 min later I'm on the road with a new alternator. Not many shops would do this. Very impressed and thankful for this experience.”
“Great group of people. From out of town working in the area, called about potentially replacing a semi steer tire. Had the tire first thing the next morning and were even able to get me in the next day to replace it. Got there and turned out it didn’t need replaced. Never even tried to charge a restocking fee for tire I had them ordered. Super helpful and friendly group of people”

“I recently visited Plaza Tire Service and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly friendly. I am from Trenton IL and was out in Sparta for work. I noticed my car battery was low and honestly I was scared I wasn’t going to make it back home. I pulled over to Plaza and they had my battery in stock and replaced it for me! I have a 2012 Dodge Durango so my battery is under the passenger seat. It is difficult for me to get the old one out on my own.
They worked quickly and efficiently, getting me back on the road in no time. The price was very reasonable! I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service to anyone in need of tire or vehicle maintenance. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
