“Jay was very professional yet kind and compassionate. He was very informative and took his time making sure I felt comfortable with the mask I was fitted with and educated me on how to properly take care for my mask, tubing, and machine. He told me just how important sleep is to my body, the organ systems affected due to lack of properly oxygenated blood etc. and how important it is to use the machine for my overall health!
