The staff were very nice, the actual work that was done looked great.Just didn't like being misled as to the extent of repairs, only to be treated like I was being dishonest..I have never been in any prior accidents in this vehicle,and had no knowledge of the tail gate ever being off of my truck.. Evidently I was lied to by Clement Dodge Ram in Columbia, Illinois when I purchased the truck.I will say thanks for the touch up paint, because wether you believe it or not ,the ding on the front of the passenger side rear door,was part of the damage that was part of the claim.. Also would have noticed it if they had buffed out the door.I touched it up myself instead of debating it.Next time I will y Shure to have everything in writing before committing to repairs.. Just seemed more worried about maxing out the charges to insurance company, but doing minnimul work, for it... Like I said before though,the actual work done looked great, just didn't like renegotiating what was actually going to get done, until I had already committed to car rental ,and dropped my truck off... That's when everything changed...No longer willing to do other repairs that was verbally agreed to... Wasn't going to give a review, because I am not one for negative remarks, but five days in a row with these damn survey requests...... Enough Already....

I recently had my Hyundai Santa Fe repaired at OKC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team kept me well informed about the progress of the repairs and were completely open and honest about what needed to be done—no surprises, just clear communication and professionalism.
The quality of the work is exceptional. Not only does my Santa Fe look as good as new, but the attention to detail is beyond what I expected. The rear bumper sensors were reset and aligned even better than when I got the vehicle from the factory! That level of precision shows how much pride they take in their craft.
To top it all off, when I picked up the car, they included a fun color-changing cup along with my paperwork—a small gesture that left a big impression.
Highly recommend this shop if you want honest service, expert-level repairs, and people who truly care about doing the job right. Thank you again to the entire team!

Our truck took a hard hit. Was afraid it might be totaled. OKC from the start discussed what was being seen and what may not. Once
the repairs began I was updated several times and the few questions I had were answered straight forward yet not as thought I was interrupting their day. The truck looks as good as before the collision.
