Casey was so helpful when I had my previous insurance company decide to leave Illinois and I needed new coverage. She got me the cheapest quote and I love having an agent where I can go in person and she and her staff are super nice and helpful!

After approximately 6 years of no claims on 4 vehicles and renters insurance for a period of time I had a lockout on a rental truck to do some hauling.The lockout happened in the middle of the woods in Mo approximately 400 yards from Mark Twain Forest on a gravel road. No neighbors or people around for miles and the closest town being 14 miles away. Inside the rental which the door blew shut as I was backing it up getting in and out making sure I didn't hit anything was my prescription medication, jacket because it was approximately 25° that day, my personal protection weapon from Ferrel Pigs etc in the woods, phone and all my packed food for the day. I pondered for about 20 minutes trying to come up with a plan but began to freeze. At that point I didn't see much choice but to break in so I did with a rock that was laying on the ground. I called my insurance company and told them the truth and then Maggie called me back later and said nothing is covered due to me doing it despite the circumstances. I would expect some kind of something besides this reaction from a small hometown business who I have paid thousands of dollars to while trying to support a local small business. Sincerely dissapointed.
