On Friday I came here to start a new account, and Heather S was very helpful, informative, and she helped save me quite a bit of money. She took time from her day to do something for someone she has never met, and that means the world to me. We had to do something that took about a half an hour, and I was running out of time. She personally called me to give me an update. This woman deserves a raise! Thank you Heather for all of your help.

The employees are very respectful. They helped me with my card issues, and got me setup with a high interest bearing CD.

I have had Regions bank for a couple years now. I normally do my business in Perryville MO, very awesome service at that back. At that bank I can pull up to the window and do a transaction for quarters for my laundry. Not a problem as long as I do it at the window because a stack of quarters will not travel the chutes they use for the drive through. I was in Sparta and saw a Regions bank and decided to get quarters. I pull up to the window where the light was on but no one was in that room. Saw a sign that told me to pull up to the chute that was just past the window. Sent my card through. Lady answered on the monitor and I told her what I needed. She proceeded to tell me the stack of quarters would not travel through the chute and to back my car up to the window and if something was to happen that another car pulled up before I could back up that I was to go around the block and get back into the same line. Ok. So I backed up. And I waited. And waited. And finally she shows up at the window and I could barely understand what she was saying because the intercom was either off or turned down real low. Told her that her intercom was off, I think she told me I was wrong and it was on . I did hear her say next time just come into the lobby. I got my card and quarters and left frustrated. I will continue to bank with Regions but I will not return to the one in Sparta IL.

This company wants your social security number just to speak to a human on the phone. And one option was information on a data breech. Umm no thanks.

When complaining about an unreasonable (i.e., whatever the bank says goes, even if they create fee situations purely by their own accounting practices) business fee, I was treated rudely because, as the customer, I "wasn't listening" as the manager of the branch continued to justify her position. The manager publicly attempted to embarrass me in front of everyone in the branch, ordered me out of her office, shouted, and otherwise threw an inappropriate tantrum, because I wouldn't accept her answer. She told me that I should close my account and take my business elsewhere.
