I've been to Perryville, chester, redbud, and have NEVER had close to the experience I had at the Sparta location. They had answers to every question I asked and were extremely friendly. I worked with Bri and honestly will never go anywhere else. Not only did I get a decent deal but I also was helped in every other aspect of my account. Don't waste your time on the other stores in the area sparta is the one to go too.

Had a bad experience with upgrading phones. Brittney didnât know what she was doing and was rude and sent my old phone home with me instead of keeping for trade in. Better employees are needed. Dalton on the other hand was very very professional!!

They're rarely there during business hours. I've been there are a couple times the last few weeks the lights are on and the doors are always locked they also never answer their phone. I stood outside last time for about 20 minutes with a few other people hoping they would open the doors no one ever came.

Edited to add because I know this dude comes back to these reviews from time to time because heâs obsessed with meâ¤ď¸: Put some minoxidil on your mug, man. Attempt to match your outfits because the wife-beater look looks absolutely clownish. Attempting to confront me in public is such a poor choice considering youâre the one with an attitude lol. And in front of a child? How immature can you get? You definitely confirmed my suspicions that you sit at home- a sad, drunken mess. Only losers attempt to argue in front of their children and thatâs why I walked away with few words. Imagine clowning on ME when youâre clowning on yourself, troglodyte.
Anyway, AVOID this store at every cost, just visit the Walmart across the road instead. But be careful telling that to the balding, 6' foot beer-belly man-baby employee, because his masculinity is so fragile that he felt the need to verbally assault and then threaten to physically assault me because I told him his attitude sucked. Below is the story:
I walked into the store with my wife to purchase some new phones on February 10th. Employee walks up, and in a really unenthusiastic, dismal tone, said âwhat can I get for you.â My wife then asks for the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the employee says âthe iPhone 15â, not even as a question. This same conversation happened again as he attempted to get my wife to buy something she was not looking for, saying the iPhone 15 instead of the 14 pro max. This was my first problem- he was treating my wife as if though she is stupid and could not make the decision for herself.
I then say âletâs just go to Walmartâ and the employee taunted with âwhy? Because you saw the prices?â At that point, I was fed up and said âno, itâs your attitude!â and proceeded to walk away. He then made a remark about how he knows my wife from nearby, which is completely irrelevant. This grown 6â man literally chased my wife and I out the door, proceeded to call ME fat, and then flips the bird while saying other derogatory things. I go out to my car, sit for a minute, and then proceed to walk back towards the store front to read the information paper posted outside to see if I can contact corporate. The employee then runs out the door, swinging it fully open and then gets in my face, an inch away while spitting in my face, screaming âYOU WANT SOME? CAUSE IM IN THE MOODâ, totally unprovoked. My wife had to stand between him and I because this employee was readily going to put his fist through my face, for no reason, and absolutely unprovoked.
I'm not sure what made him so sensitive to the point that he had to act like a toddler, but I'd be defending my territory too if my wife had left me and I drive a mini-van lol. Verizon will not fire this employee- I'm convinced this company would have still kept the guy had he actually hit me, too.
