I went through two times right in a row, first basic wash, followed by works wash. I still have big guts and bird droppings all over my car, it did not do a thing.

I'm over paying all this money for car washes and getting ripped off. Like some of the others I went through the touch wash to do my car paid my money and it was still dirty when it was done. So I thought I'd go to this one here on St. Louis St. where I was done the total said $4.50 when I got home and looked at my card they are trying to charge me $10 for just spraying it off. Not counting the money I've lost in those crazy machines outside that never work. I've called but it hopeless.

I've been to get my truck washed and have lost my money on two separate days. I did receive a free wash and nine dollars back from the management after I left two messages complaining about losing my money. So at least they answered one of my complaints

I love the soft touch car wash there. But you do have to pay a dollar for an air dry.

Used the soft touch bay, did a great job of knocking the salt off my car. Just remember to go slow when pulling in so you get a good blast to your undercarriage.

We had a car wash malfunctioning which was the first time as we use Wash 'N Go a lot! We contacted him by phone & we received a refund & complimentary token. Good integrity by the owner!
