Went in to have a document notarized at 4:30 with 30 minutes left before closing & was told they did have a notary but he couldn't help me because they were too busy. There were 3 other people in line behind me & I said I'd wait. They said they wouldn't do it. The drive thru line was empty when I left.

It’s a pretty good store in my opinion because I went camping and we didn’t have much cash so we went here and they were pretty nice over all. I give them a four out of five.

I went in to this location with the intention of opening an account and when i was approached by a sad little man i asked about an option that is no longer available. So my next natural reaction was to ask if they had anything similar to the service i once had and he said yes. Meanwhile the whole time this conversation was taking place h the man was being very Vague and Deflective with what he was saying... So because i didnt have on an awful jacket and goofy shoes like he did he was very UNWILLING to help in ANY regard... Its sad really because i own a VERY successful business and was hoping i could switch my banking over to this location but oh well ill take my business else where... P.s. be careful to anyone who goes to this location they are very Discriminatory and judgmental good luck and hope this is helpful for future customers...HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Horrible. Account was locked due to "fraud alert". After showing up to this branch to confirm my identity it was still "locked" for over a week! I couldn't access my money or pay my mortgage and was charged late fees! They had to "launch an investigation" due to the influx of money laundering schemes. Not my problem. Hello BMO Harris.

I do not recommend banking here. Extremely poor customer service by the rep Kaity. She charged me an $8 fee on a $100 Chase check during a pandemic when most people aren't working. Do not bank with chase

Completely unaccommodating operation and the reason locals should opt for a local community bank where the personnel knows you and better understands your needs. Too much "red tape" (think IRS) in dealing with the Spring Grove branch. Knowledge was lacking and varying depending on who you dealt with. Thanks but "no thanks". I will take my business elsewhere and recommend that others do the same!
