Cindy Kelly took over an hour with me when I did not have an appointment. Cindy is one of the best breeders of any dog breeds I met. She takes passion for her Champion bloodline German Shepherd dogs and will not sell them to anyone. I am fully endorsing Cindy Kelly of Regis Regal German Shepherds in Antioch Illinois. In my initial conversation with Cynthia, which lasted over an hour, Cynthia explained to me the types of GSD she breeds, why she breeds them, and the characteristics that her dogs have. I was impressed with her knowledge. By the time the conversation was over, I knew that I wanted to purchase one of her dogs.We have had Gunnar for two weeks, he is everything that Cynthia told me he would be. He is the calmest puppy I have every been around. At the same time he is confident, assertive and intelligent. He already knows his name and is starting to come to us when we call him. I took him with me to my shop a couple of days ago. I left the door open so he could go out if he wanted to. I observed him go out the door to his potty place, do his business, and then come back into the shop with me. Needless to say I was very proud of him, but it also shows how intelligent he is, and his trainability. I have been around GSD since I was a kid, so I know what a special breed GSD's are. In my opinion Gunnar is an exceptional example of the breed. I am very grateful for the opportunity to own one of Cynthia's great puppies.

I just got my German Shepherd Puppy 3 weeks ago from Regis Regal German Shepherd, and while it has been hard work, man I know Rosalie is going to turn into the bestest of dogs. So good with people and learning how to play with other dogs. I am looking forward to working more with Cindy and work on training with her in the coming weeks. Something Cindy always said was "this is the start of our journey and that she will be with us all the way". That is why I chose Regis Regal. Couldn't have picked a better place to get my first ever pup!

Crazy lady still owes us $3000.00 for the dog she never sent us. She saw my wife posting review and text updates on how she talks to us and blocked her everywhere. Cindy where is our $3000.00??? Why don’t you explain yourself in front of all your clients? What exactly made you believe it was ok to steal $3000.00 and try to disappear by blocking us?Everyone, see my wife’s 1star review with screenshots of text messages attached to know how this woman really runs her business and treats people!

I have been told by many people to not do business with them. They have been known to take a deposit and never give the puppy.

I feel so lucky to have found Cindy at Regis Regal. Everyone is so amazing and friendly. My girl Maple is going to be my service dog and she picks up everything that is shown to her during our classes super quickly with the training methods we’re shown. Her perception and intelligence has been incredible since day one, on our walks and play time at the parks we get stopped to be told how beautiful she is and it’s evident that she was bred with only the highest quality, care and health in mind.

From the start, Cindy took the time to learn about me and exactly why I wanted/NEEDED a GSD. Cindy made me feel secure in choosing her as my breeder because of her extensive knowledge and because of how serious she was about not just finding any home for her dogs but the perfect home. I’ll never forget the day she called me and said “I found your boy”. She really found MY boy. The perfect dog for just me. He is perfect. So incredibly smart. He already tells me when he wants to go out and rings the bell for me. He’s already learning to fetch! It’s been a week since I got him and he’s already my best friends. I can’t wait for his next new thing. I’ve never been happier in my life. My boy Bronzite is everything I could have asked for and much more. He is also my service dog who helps ease symptoms of PTSD that have hindered me in times of crisis. He is always right there when I need him now and life is already so much easier with him by side. Thank you for training him and for being so thoughtful and intentional with your services. The best part is that Cindy never leaves your side. I call her and text her all the time, with questions, updates, etc.

I would recommend getting your puppy from Regis Regal. Cindy does a wondeful job at picking the right puppy for you. She had one picked for me but suggested another one which has been a perfect match. I am so happy with Sammy. He is a smart learner. Cindy also gives you all the tools you need in her training session,from socializing to obedience. Her dogs are beautiful. I get compliments on Sammy everywhere I take him. He will be my service dog. Looking to get a German Shepherd I would go to Regis Regal Shepherds.

If I could give zero stars I would. don't give Cindy a dime for her huge deposits. myself and several others have given her a deposit and never received a puppy. one excuse after another. I took her to small claims court and won and received my money back. save yourself the hassle. When you talk to her and she tells you how exception her dogs are, run!! she talks a great talk right up until she gets your deposit. Beware! She offers free training for a good review!! believe the one stars! They are real people! An attorney will tell you her contract is one sided. Her side, it doesn't protect you. She has 2 F ratings with the BBB and is NOT a breeder of merit with the AKC. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Go on the McHeney small claims cases and look her up to see all the cases she's lost recently.

Cindy and the Regis Regal family are incredibly kind and caring. Cindy provided me with a retired female German Shepherd Dog (GSD) named Chia of excellent quality. Chia is also a Service dog due to invisible wounds I sustained.Cindy was very thorough in her process and included my family and me every step of the way. This lady pays for her good reviews. A friend of mine bought a dog two years ago and has put $6000 plus into a puppy that they finally just got and came home skinny with giardia. Backyard breeder quality dogs. I hope you are reading this Cindy, because you are a sick human. Stop taking advantage of people.
