Ryan was so helpful when I stopped into the store a few months ago to change providers. He answered all my questions and was so patient. I stopped in again today with questions and needed a new screen protector. Again, Ryan was so helpful in replacing my screen protector and answered all my questions. Thank you so much, Ryan. You are an awesome representative of T-Mobile.

October 11, 2022I stopped into T-Mobile as I needed a new protection screen for my IPhone 13. A young man helped me. Ryan was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was so impressed with his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you, Ryan!

This review is for T-Mobile as a whole and not this specific store. 0 Stars for T-Mobile across the board. T-Mobile charged me an extra $220 in Feb2022 and I have been on the phone over and over, it is JUN2022 now. I’ve called customer service, they have promised to send a check to my house, but no check comes. They’ve promised to refund the amount to my bank account within 24 hours, but nothing is refunded. The people promised to process my refund aren’t sending the “form” to the offsite processing site, which has no phone number or email address or location that can be shared. I can’t get a phone number or email for anyone at customer service so every time I call I start all over. They promised to process a new refund (so where are the refund already in process?). Don’t get involved with T-Mobile, they are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

I walked into T-mobile wondering what the prices were to open a new line. I sat in the lobby for about 2 minutes before anyone came out to greet me. Then I was finally assisted by a man with the name Jacob. He Quoted me $90 for one line and I asked if they had anything cheaper. He then insisted they didn’t have anything cheaper and he completely disregarded me when I asked if they had any new customer discount. He proceeded to walk away from me without answering my question. I have never been treated like this my entire time at AT&T. This is the most unprofessional cellular store I have ever stepped foot in. I hope nobody else has to endure what I did when I went to this store. The only redeeming quality of this location is that it was semi clean.

When the store manager says "I'm going to take your phone in the back and google what's wrong with it".... Yea cause I didn't already do that. 1 star for being honest and that's about it. I told him numerous times that I had googled and trouble shot everything and spent time on the phone with T-Mobile who told me to go into the store. I'm the one who suggested a new SIM card which ultimately fixed my problems so I'm gonna give myself those remaining 4 stars. I miss the original Nextel in spring grove, those guys actually did their jobs.

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had in the store as far as interaction with the employees. Vic was so helpful setting up the Apple Watch for my father-in-law. Biggest problem came from support at the 800 number but that’s not his fault. He took the watch synced it with the phone And had it ready for use as we walked out the door thank you so much for going the extra mile I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to join the T-Mobile family
