The self wash Bays are always out of Prewash, Bugoff, Wax, and Spot free Rinse. This is the case no matter what day or time I go there.

Just finished a road trip and went to get all of the big guts and travel dust and grass off. By the time it finished my car was still covered in bug guts and half my car still has grass caked on it from when somebody mowed their grass by my car. Absolute waste of 15$

I got my washed today and the dryers are so powerful that it put a dent on the top of my roof, nothing got cleaned and their is still bird poop on my car

I went for the ultra wash, first time in a car wash. And you can use a credit card. Did a great job for me not knowing what to do.

My car left there looking dirtier after!
There was still green soap all over it. Like it was never rinsed! I called and, SURPRISE, no answer! I left a message and NEVER got a call back our my money refunded.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. It wasn't busy and now I know why. Their automatic wash bay does a horrible job. The brushes didn't even touch the front of my car and left all my windows still dirty. There are little whip marks from attempting to clean my windows. What a joke! See the after wash photos!

No notes or signs anywhere that show that the washes are out of order.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. Especially for local businesses, but as I'm reading the poor reviews. I have to say this car wash is not very good. I always have issues with transactions. And the last time I was there, they were so busy I had to wait forever to get over to the auto wash side, due to the busy self wash bays and long lines of vehicles. The touchless was out of order and the other never used any soap on my car. It just kept watering it and finally the blow dryer went on. Luckily my car wasn't very dirty and I just wanted to wash the street salt off. Don't think I'll be going back till they get it under control.

This USED to be a good automatic car wash a few years ago. Not so much anymore! For the inflated price, you expect more. No lasting soap suds, no streaks, and a more sufficient blower. If you're looking for a quick, emergency place to just knock off the salt and crud, don't pay for the more premium options and this is your place. But do not expect a good wash in the end. I've given this place my last dime. There's much better places if you want to go outside the Spring Grove area, and for less $$$.
