The woman at the counter was very helpful and pleasant! Our truck was already pulled up and ready to go before we even got there! We ran a little over on time due to movers delay and they did not charge us extra. Top notch!

The trailer was really banged up and damaged. One of the rear exterior hooks was unusable. And I could not return after hours.Offer the gate code for renters to return trailers after hours.
