These people are the absolute experts in all kinds of Mail Boxes. Troy, Chad and Rick are like flying Cowboys, traveling all over the country installing commercial Mail Boxes for large developments. We’re talking about HUGE Mail Boxe Units with over 100 individual spaces, mounted to a concrete base. It’s friggin’ incredible! They also have Residential Units and Cheryl is your go to gal for those.

I was extremely happy with my post and mailbox install! I assumed water would be needed in the anchoring process of the new post, and I would need to attach my hose to help out, but the guy had a water container ready to go! They even hulled away the old post and box! Thank you, US Post Company Lakemoor!

Highly recommend this company! 10 Stars. We did a review with several companies for mailbox clusters and decided to use US Post Company. Lance and his team were very professional and responsive with all our questions. Communication on delivery was top notch and flawless. Even weeks after delivery we continue to get assistance on questions related to post office services, set up of boxes, etc. We know if we need to order again it will be with US Post Company!

THIS IS THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD! I'm completely and totally satisfied. I had this install last fall and waiting to add a review. I wanted to see how the foundation held up thru the winter. The screws held their place with no movement! The foundation is perfectly level even after the winter. I was debating adding a concrete foundation, I'm so happy we didn't. Rich and his son came out and had 9 Screws in the ground and leveled in a few hours. This is a small family ran business. Don't think about it, call get it done. The best thing is no mess and if you ever want to move the foundation (Deck, Shed) they can come out and pull the screws up and move them for you! Try doing that with concrete. Customer service is very poor. No show yesterday for a 12-2 appointment...and a no show again today for the reschedule. No call either day till the very end of the time range today. Suggest you don't tell people that your technician will call if they have no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use this company due to our subdivision regulation...but if I did, this is not who I would choose.
