I just have a thing for Walgreens. I love all the stuff and the convenience of a small store. One of the pharmacists is so hilarious! We crack jokes all thru the visit.
I read a lot of the other reviews and personally, I adore Ellen. I don't mind taking a bit of extra time at the counter listening to her stories. I think people are often in too big a hurry and care only about themselves.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. They sent my rx to the wrong STATE twice, then tried to blame it on my doctor. This is putting my health in jeopardy. They don't even deserve one star.

Called in for a specific item I saw on the shelf a lady answered. I couldn’t hear her and then she all of a sudden had a bunch of attitude. She said yeah we never sell those I said ma’am I saw them the other day on the Christmas isle she said yeah sold out sorry. I said you know what can I speak to someone else ? She said yeah of course you can. Sent me over the Cassie she was so helpful and went and checked the item was in stock and had many of this item. Thank you for your kindness Cassie !!

I noticed that the workers at the front registers like to talk about customers I don't appreciate that they weren't talking about me but I don't appreciate standing there waiting to be checked out waiting for them to stop talking about customers that was there before me

The Pharmacy staff have Piss Poor Customer Service. I am in Health Care. I would not treat my patients the way I was treated. Just horrible!

The management at the Spring Grove location is great. Very helpful and personable. The store is clean and most of the staff are pleasant. The pharmacy is extremely convenient with the drive through and the pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and positive.

You have a rotten old lady, I believe her name was Ellen running the register. I felt if I threw water on her, she would melt. She was rotten. She needs a real attitude adjustment.

The lady who waited on me (black hat) needs a course in customer service. I didn’t get her name but what a rude cashier. She was absolutely horrible. I will definitely choose another location.

Bridget was too busy having a personal conversation on her cellphone to help customers. Very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t want that to be the face of the store.

Ive been stopping at this location for years and have never had an issue until last night, after checking reviews, Ive just been lucky enough to never encounter Ellen. She is hands down the worst at customer service. A simple transaction took 20 plus minutes because she actively ignored me standing at the check out when she was RIGHT THERE behind the counter until the person i was with asked if we need to check out somewhere else. The entire interaction seemed like an inconvenience to her. When i asked for a printed receipt she basically yelled at me that Ill be getting a digital one. I will honestly actively avoid going here to avoid ever having to deal with her again.
