I LOVE Spring Valley Heartland Bank. Their customer service is phenomenal, I always feel taken care of and that I am a priority always.

They have fallen apart used to love banking with them, but clearly they have gotten too large and no longer worry about the "small town folk" and customer service is clearly no longer a priority for them.. I will be starting to look for elsewhere to bank with, that has higher standards for themselves and their employees.

HEARTLAND BANK is the best bank I've ever had to deal with. Any issues I've ever had have been quickly. Resolved and the people who assist you are always kind. Idk many banks that will removed overdraft fees without much question, the way they do. If you don't have a bank or have been wanting to find a new one, I HIGHLY recommend them!
