NOTHING BUT HEADACHES, LIES, AND NOBODY GIVING A DAMN!
Bought a 2016 Explorer Limited back in October of 2024 and had no negotiating ability when it came to sale price or trade in price. Tori Parnell was one of the most unprofessional sales representatives I've ever dealt with who constantly downplayed issues i brought up and said its normal for a transmission to violently jerk during shifting. Yes, im aware she is no longer employed here but i don't care that doesn't make up for the constant lies and deception just to make a sale. My 2015 Taurus SHO was traded in with 4 BRAND NEW tires and with 2 WORKING key fob but Tori said they weren't making any money selling me the explorer like thats my problem and talk about ignorant and unprofessional conduct. My explorer had nothing but problems which I brought up on multiple occasions and I spent over $3000 having things fixed out of my own pocket. I'm not happy and would never buy a vehicle from here ever again!
*Photos of her lies included! Said the cooled seats were working correctly yet how is that possible when the TED temp sensor reads over 100 degrees when the cooling is on. Or how when i measured the rear tire tread and it came up in the red and how when she checked it somehow it was magically in the green. Also her snarky comments about how its normal for Ford to jerk violently during shifting, who knows how many other people had the exact same thing happen to them. Sets the wrong precedent that a salesperson can lie and deceive a buyer with no repercussions... absolutely disgusting! I don't plan on wasting my time or money here ever again!
Update 9/26/25: I want to clarify that the current team was informed of the previously stated issues and could have cared less and were very pushy about wanting to sell me a new car which I found incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional given how I was sold a vehicle with many problems (that were downplayed/ignored) even under the 3k mile partial powetrain warranty. My Explorer runs fine now, took almost a year to fix a majority of the problems, I have a bad taste in my mouth and Im still not happy with how everything was handled and I was treated like I'm at fault cause I bought my car here... well that won't ever happen again!
Update 10/13/25- just to further prove Tori's lies and deception, funny how when I measured the rear tires I get 4/32 on my gauge yet she somehow got it in the green... but nobody who works there cares but yeah putting new front tires but leaving the VERY WORN OUT rears on an AWD drive vehicle isn't irresponsible (it actually is). Absolute joke of a business who can't figure out why they don't do well and their local community wrote them off... wonder why.

Update 11/5/25- Found out my transmission valve body is gonna need replaced which played at part in the violently jerking shifting problems that they loved downplaying cause nobody who works here cares. This place is an absolute joke!
**Im gonna continue to update this review as I seem to never stop finding things wrong after purchasing last October. In case anyone who reads this couldn't tell this is one of THE WORST dealerships (more like stealership given the dishonesty and outdated business practices) I've ever dealt with!

Since 2018, I have been a solid cusomer here, as of late, the quality and commitment to sell Ford products has gone way downhill, myself, purchaser of 2 new vehicles there, wont purchase there again due to lack of knowledge and ability to locate diff finance companies that WILL, accept the terms...hate taking my vehicle shopping out of my hometown, but there are better deals out there...working with the customer was almost non negotiable...so yea...I will shop elsewhere.

My experience with spring valley ford has been amazing from the start! I recently bought a Lincoln and needed some work done, they were on top of it! So helpful and understanding made me feel at ease during the process. I would recommend Victoria Parnell for all your car needs!!! Thank you all for your wonderful service!

Very pleased with the service department. Truck was towed there Sunday and Tuesday morning they pushed it through to be looked at. Wednesday morning it was fixed and we are from out of state. Thank you so much!

Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to text messages. The service department was knowledgeable and friendly. The car we were interested in was at the Mendota store. Our salesman, Mason, arranged for the car to be brought over first thing the next morning. Mason was very responsive to my text messages, (even the ones outside of normal business hours). Brandon talked to me about different warranty options and got most of the paperwork ready for me to sign when I returned on Monday. Elias the GM, also was very helpful. He too answered my texts promptly and finished off the sale quickly.

Picked up a sweet F-150 from here. I liked the quaint Spring Valley Ford dealership. Its a really relaxed environment with no pressure sales men who were great. Mason rocked it!Get away from the hustle and bustle in the city and go take a test drive!

They are going crazy with the dealer adjusted markup on the mavericks. The used 2022 with a msrp of 38.4k that they want 44k is a good example. Pretty pushy on the price.
