Very disappointed with USPS. They lost my certified mail, which contained extremely important documents. Despite using certified mail for added security and tracking, my envelope still went missing. This has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I expected much better handling and accountability from USPS.

I went to mail a package out of country and they were out of forms. Very unprofessional. The woman working there acted like she could have cared less. What kind of business doesn’t keep up on supplies to make sure they have what the public needs! Very disappointing.
