Talked to a agent today named Ms.Doris Hardy she was sooooo helpful to me she worked and worked until she found me some good a cheaper insurance the way we talked and laughed you would’ve thought we knew each other my mom always told me to be kind to others because you may never know they can be your blessing and that she was thank you for your good great customer service!!!!

The insurance agent Doris was very professional and explained everything so that I understood. She was fast and got me in and out, even though the policies was separate for roadside I still got the insurance because of her and her attitude.

These people lie to u to get ur money the older lady has mean and hateful attitude and lies to get ur money and then the athers go in sute they lie and say they will call u back but never call back they told me that all I had to pay was 130 to get full cover started so I gave them my money but It was a payment of cars I no longer have but they said it was for my full coverage on my new car they lied and then asked for 120 more for my old coverage I do not recommend these pethese people in Springfield

Insurance is at a great price but prepare to WAIT FOREVER ON HOLD TO ACTUALLY FILE A CLAIM. With nobody who actually answers the phone so you’re completely left in the dark in regards to your car and other details regards to any kind of help at all. My car is still in my driveway wrecked because I simple can’t reach claims department to actually get the ball rolling by phone or email.
