Apartments in Springfield, IL

“I'm a new resident of Springfield illinois and I will say the small amount of time I have been here this is the 2nd property i have moved too. The 1st was HORRIBLE but I won't name names. Compared to that , the candles has been helpful, kind and friendly.

I personally hate carpet in my apartment BUT this the one I chose and when I moved in it did smell like cigarettes, NOW it smells like me lol. Other than that the neighbors are kind, the amenities are AWESOME and management has been fair to me. I have seen the negative reviews and will say you can't remove every bad seed, but the overall fruit is beneficial. They hold events for the community and kids. Based on other reviews I've seen I have NEVER seen a roach here, but idk what other buildings are seeing BUT in my building I haven't seen them.

Now the occasional spider sure but no roach. I would say that if you are seeing negative comments/reviews it's from real people and management has been taking care of the issues. Other properties will have 5/5 from fake reviews and the management is arguing in the reviews sooooo it goes to show the professionalism at the candles and the care they have put into making these apartments and the people here a community!

4/5 ONLY because I believe the rating should reflect the apartments and the the property not the people who make it bad. Along with the response they have to those negative residents.”

“I have lived here for almost 3 years now. My apartment is very spacious and my rent is very reasonable for the amenities you receive and the size of the apartment. The only thing I wish I could change was having laundry in my apartment. But the laundry facilities are very well kept. The staff and management here are top notch. They have always been very helpful and friendly. When I initially moved here I had a senior dog and they made sure I had a bottom floor apartment for her. I love that they are dog friendly. Centrally located on the west side. I can get to the grocery store, mall or restaurants in 10 minutes.”

“When I have a issue the staff takes care of it for me .Thank you they are way more than 10 stars, just strive for the best in people and its my personal experience here now going on 7 nyears.”
