Guy at the front was a total clown I’m assuming he wasn’t a technician because he wasn’t dirty but if that’s your guys service advisor he sucks, rude for no reason. As a technician myself just trying to get my truck serviced before I go to work thought this would be an easy interaction and job but no that guy was a total stiff will not return.also that guy lost out on a 30$ tip for his tech because I know how it can be in this industry

Showed up at 515pm they sat there until 520 to come out to tell me they take last car at 515? Terrible customer service won't use them again

I was the only customer there so I drove right in and they changed my oil in good time. Didn't give me a hassle about the cabin or air filters. What I didn't like was noone said a word to me until it came time to pay. Didn't even say hi or good afternoon. A little pleasantries would have been nice.

Charged me $55 for a regular oil change when the website said $40 and it only last 3000 miles. Last time I paid $45 at a different place and it lasted me 6k miles. Straight rip off and employees are rude.Service: Oil change

This review is based solely on the dog wash. But This was an absolute waste of time and money. The only reason I came here was because it was advertised as having a force dryer. Good thing I brought my own towel or my dog would have went home soaking wet. It was $5 to start and additional quarters only get you an additional 20 seconds. I left so angry.But I do believe this is still a good option for stinky dogs and dogs that can't be groomed. Just bring you own towel. And wash like the wind. Not recommended for giant breeds.

Recently posted about bad service, that was not the case. Originally I was told by my mechanic the guys charged me for service and they did not actually perform the service. Turns out with my particular make and model of car, it begins to burn excessive oil at about 95k miles, especially during highway driving. The guys at Apple Lube did not do anything wrong and I apologize for the negative post. I have been going there for years and will continue to go to Apple Lube.Service: Oil change
