Seldom have I had such an exemplary experience ordering any item online. The response rate was remarkably quick and after the item arrived with a small issue, the issue was remedied in less than 20 hours; a feat I have rarely seen in customer service. Out of the several dozen reviews that I have posted over various mediums, this would be maybe the third review where I would describe my experience as outstanding. I was not familiar with this company or it's proprietors before placing my order but I am beyond impressed at how outstanding the customer service has been. And all that to say it was a measly $100 transaction. The level of service mirrored transactions I have made ten fold that amount.
