Came in, purchased a new phone to have 3 total lines, was sold a plan to switch all 3 lines to. Went home and noticed All 3 phones had different lines and my newest phone was put on the most expensive line they had which I never agreed to. Don't recommend because that's shady. Also said I didn't want insurance or early upgrade fee. Guess what, they added that too.

The company is horrible. I work nights. They do not have the time to help me in the small fraction of day time hours I work. The customer service lines are a joke. Cingular was so much better. Cricket can't be worse

As a rule, my husband and I prefer to go to a corporate store but wound up doing business at the S.6th St. AT&T retail store, not knowing it was no longer a corporate store. We were very pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the rep that assisted us. Aliyah was professional, knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. She worked to provide us what would be our best options. Not only did she succeed in doing so, she saved us money in our monthly bill. Thank you!

Went into the store today to get my daughter a new phone. The Att rep. went through everything on the account with Me. Such as att next and what phones should have insurance. I thought everything went great until I got home and checked my account online. Insurance was taken off my husband phone and wasn't added to my daughter's new phone like asked. Att next was taken off all phones and plan was changed on 3 phones. I was not told about any of these changes. Phone plans was changed to a plan that only offers 5G Hotspot. We use over 40g Hotspot each month from each phone so the new plan would not work for my family. I was on the phone for over 2 hours just to fix all the changes that were made today. The phone rep was so nice and took her time to fix all the changes and went through my bill with me before ending the call. I was informed that this location is an authorized retailer not a corporate store and authorized retailer have different policies.
I am very disappointed that I had to sit on the phone for 2 hrs of my weekend to change my account back to how it was this morning. Also when asked if there was something ATT could do for the inconvenience I was told no. I have been a customer since 2006 and this is what I received for my loyalty to this company.

Posted an online order yesterday and didn’t come to pick it up today until 5:30pm and order still wasn’t even fulfilled and I was told I had to wait for the safe. Not sure if this is standard practice to not fill orders all day but it was super inconvenient when employees where sitting down when I walked in, and another customer said they had already been there for an hour.

Upgrade phones ATT representative Neco (Springfield IL) was extremely polite and professional. He resolved all of my concerns and issues. He's an excellent representative of AT&T.
